Present Work

Due to my age and general health, I now no longer attend historical reenactments and really now confine my wet collodion work to still life photography and to improving my albumen paper printing technique.

Oh, and playing with the lenses I have left.

I have also been busy coaching beginners in the black fingered process, which is becoming increasingly popular. When I started using wet collodion myself in 2000 I was unable to find anyone else in the UK, now I think there are at least a dozen wet collodion workers in these islands.
